Turnaround time for an order where a PDF, Black and White Fax or hard copy proof is selected begins when the final proof approval has been received. If you do not select a proof, turnaround time begins once your artwork has been deemed acceptable by our standard art requirements and your order has been entered into our system. Orders must be submitted with acceptable artwork by 4:00 PM CST for that day to count toward the turnaround time. For example, a 72 hour turnaround job received by 4:00 PM CST on Monday will be shipped on Thursday afternoon. See each product category for our standard turnaround times.
Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround. Our turnaround times are an estimate, and cannot be considered a guarantee. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers, weather, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.
Accounts that do not have a signed and approved AmeriCAL, INC. credit application on file must prepay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Jobs will not be fulfilled until acceptable payment has been received. This policy exists to allow AmeriCAL, INC. to offer competitive pricing. Accounts that have credit terms established with AmeriCAL, INC. are Net 30 from the date the order shipped.

AmeriCAL, INC. reserves the right to use its judgment in refusing anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. AmeriCAL, INC. is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to AmeriCAL, INC. for printing and/or publication.
Customers assume total liability for services/products manufactured to specifications submitted to printing manufacturer and will defend, hold harmless, and indemnify manufacturer from claims of copyright, patent and intellectual rights infringement. Liability for any mistake on an order is limited to the cost of the labels. All pricing quoted and payable in U.S. funds.
It is the client’s responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files and artwork. AmeriCAL, INC. is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the client. Until AmeriCAL, INC. can deem the artwork acceptable, no claims are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital or physical format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional editing needed to utilize the artwork provided, the client will be charged at our current rates. Physical artwork/plates are normally kept on file for two years after the last order—please save your work and send a copy of your original artwork only.
PDF proofs are optimized for fast web transfers and downloads, which may result in a “pixilated” look to the file. It should be noted that the final printed product will not look as it may appear on the screen, provided that the artwork supplied originally complies with our Standard Artwork Requirements. Note color variances inherent with different computer monitors and printers and may not provide an accurate color representation of the final printed work. It is our recommendation that a hard copy proof to be selected for estimated color output or a press proof to be selected when color exactness is essential.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your catalog order, we will gladly reprint your order or refund your money — whichever you prefer. The original order may need to be returned before any of the aforementioned actions will take place.

AmeriCAL, INC. reserves the right to use all products in our advertising, promotional or displays unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of the order.
Your credit card bill will read “AmeriCAL, INC.” Billed invoices will come from AmeriCAL, INC., 6620 F Street, Omaha NE 68117.
All artwork submitted must meet the guidelines set by AmeriCAL, INC. Artwork submitted that does not meet these requirements will be rejected or corrected at AmeriCAL, INC. discretion. Time spent for correcting or conforming improper artwork will be billed at the current rates.
You may not do any of the following without written consent from AmeriCAL, INC.:
You may choose to upload electronic files containing artwork, text, photographs, messages or other materials to AmeriCAL, INC. as part of your order. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all electronic content. When you upload, or otherwise provide electronic content to AmeriCAL, INC. you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the order, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold AmeriCAL, INC. and its employees and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty.
Copyright Ownership. This Website, the Website layout and design, and all Website page themes and skins are the property of AmeriCAL, INC. and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All content of the Website, including without limitation, HTML text, graphics, other files, code, software layout, designs, forms, templates, artwork, photographs, images, document layouts, text fonts, music, software tools, and other information, either alone and/or as compilation thereof (collectively, the “Site Content”), constitutes the copyrighted property of AmeriCAL, INC. or of those parties from whom AmeriCAL, INC. has licensed such property, and is protected by United States, international and other laws.
